First, please pre-register into one of the most suitable following cases:
Early bird registration (until June 29th included)

(Academic) Permanent position: 415€
Non Academic: 550€
Late registration (After June 15th)
(Academic) Non permanent position: 380€
(Academic) Permanent position: 450€
Non Academic: 600€
If you wish to attend our social events, please add:
Conference dinner: 65€
Visit of Lille: 30€ OR Visit of Tournai: 30€
Please choose the "permanent position" fee if you wish to make a longer presentation.
Once you have registered it may take up to 2 open-days to receive confirmation (if you do not receive confirmation, go to: https://www.azur-colloque.fr/DR18/inscription/preinscription_validation/77/en and try to register, if you can't even after 2 days please do not hesitate to contact us at ices2019@univ-lille.fr). At this point, you will have received an email with a link where you can finalize your registration including specific requests that you may have (dietary or access requirements).
To submit an abstract to have either a talk or a poster please go to the ABSTRACT SUBMISSION page and follow the instructions.
